Return policy

Thank you for your purchase in our online shop. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your ordered items. Of course, you can return these items in accordance with the following return policy. Together we will find a solution.

How long can I return items?

You can return your ordered items within 14 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal in Germany). The 14 days start on the day you receive the items.

Use our returns platform to process returns quickly and easily or declare your right of withdrawal clearly in another way, e.g. by phone, email or withdrawal form.

Please understand that we are unable to take back the following items:
  • Sealed items whose seal has been removed after delivery and which we are unable to take back for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been made according to individual customer requirements or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
  • Quickly perishable items
  • Digital content (downloads, vouchers, etc.), if you have already executed it and have expressly agreed that the right of withdrawal expires at the beginning of execution

Please note that you are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality.

How do I return items?

You can return items quickly and easily via our returns platform.

  1. Please enter your order ID. The order ID can be found, for example, in your order confirmation.
  2. Enter the email address you used to place the order.
  3. Click on "Start return". You will be forwarded to our returns platform.
  4. You enter all information regarding your return request in the returns platform. You will then receive the return label.

Note: Please always send returns via the returns platform. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your returns.

When will I receive my refund?

When we have received and checked your returned items, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days.

Is the return free of charge?

You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. During the return process, you select which shipping service provider you want to use in our returns platform and you will receive a corresponding shipping label.
